Life of a Jersey Part Deux

For those of you that followed my July posting recall that I was trying to order an authentic customized Warrior Jersey from the NBAstore.com during the Warriors playoff run.

Here is a refresher to the saga that happened there if you didn't hear about this:

They eventually gave me a 20% discount for when the product would be in stock and I was happy. Last week I went to the site and saw the jersey (still on there by the way) and got real excited and placed the order. The lady mentioned that there was only one left so I put it in or it would go into backorder. Instead of that I got the following cancellation e-mail again! The guy on the phone told me that they tried to send me an e-mail and it bounced so a cancellation was sent. Explain how I got the e-mail then for the cancellation and everything else but not this test e-mail they were trying to send?
The NBAstore.com system is extremely broken and they should probably hire a good UI designer and an inventory manager. If someone from NBAstore.com is reading I will be happy to help you redesign your site for maximum customer satisfaction and hire an inventory person, travel to China and watch these things get done. Just let me know.

In addition to all of this they can't even put a cancelled order back into the system and I have to call back next Wednesday when they have some in stock. Simply amazing!
Here is the cancellation letter. Will try for the third time next week, I will save my emotion for strike 3! It amazes me that a willing customer can't spend their own money.
