No More Blogging About the Niners

To all of you who enjoy my ranting on the 49ers, I will be ranting no more. This photo pretty much sums it all up. So the 49ers started 2-0, now at 2-5 that is a very distant memory. Look at who they played their first 2 games! The 0-8 Rams and the 3-5 Cardinals! No wonder we were 2-0. It just goes to show that we were never that good to begin with and this team has problems beyond what Nolan or anyone knows how to fix. The team is committing penalties left and right, the offense can't even get close enough so that our kicker can kick field goals. Last year we did at least that much. When the best player on our team is the punter, we are in major trouble. This season is a wash. I will still silently cheer for the Niners every Sunday with some kind of hope that we will pull a win and maybe replicate what we did last season with a very large amount of wishfull thinking. But I won't be talking about this team until they give me something to talk about. Any further talk would just be a waste of breath.

49ers Lost For Words

You may have noticed that I have not been blogging about the 49ers, the reason is that I am at a lost for words. There isn't much left to say the 49ers offense is stinking real bad and there is no answer on how to solve this problem. Frank Gore says it's a trust issue within the team as well as to the new first year offensive coordinator. Whatever the case, big changes need to be made and they need to be made now.

The issues here seem to start with the offensive line, they can't seem to hold anyone back. Granted the Giants lead the league in the pass rush but this needs to be fixed and fixed quickly. Make trades do what needs to be done. I know it's easier said than done, but something needs to change or we will barely win 2 more games this season. The offense is basically able to score 7 points a game typically, the rest are usually meaningless points. The defense may have to adjust and go for the picks, that unit may need to step it up significantly if we want to stand a chance. This year we can't even get close enough for Nedney to kick a field goal. What sad times we are living in.

Guys & Dolls San Jose

Guys and Dolls the musical is in town in San Jose until October 21. I was able to get front row seats for $72 a ticket and let me tell you there is no better way to watch this show than in the front seat! I highly recommend that you watch this classic musical while it is still in town.

Watch for key performances from Miss Adelaide, Sky Masterson and Sarah Brown! This musical has stories for all; 2 parallel love stories, a religious awakening and craps for the gambler in all of us! Buy tickets today and catch this before they are sold out!http://www.amtsj.org/stage/gd.html

Resident Evil Extinction

I had the opportunity to watch Resident Evil Extinction this evening and I have some mixed feelings. Resident Evil part one was entertaining with most of the action taking place in the underground lab of Racoon City. Since it was so new the fact that it was enclosed in the lab kept that movie limited but forgiven nonetheless.

The second Resident Evil movie was actually what I felt was one of the better ones because the infection hit the streets which made the movie much more realistic to watch. The only negative would be the random characters that seemed to come together with the typical chaos theory these days in movies. However part two had a better plot and great actions sequences worth watching.

Resident Evil Extinction had most of the world torn to pieces and scattered action throughout. I was very disappointed in this movie in general. The plot was very weak, with Umbrella somehow still obssessed with their same old foolish hunt for their super virus. The movie however was still entertaining with some fight scenes. This movie setup yet another possible sequel. My suggestion, pick a location city to hunt down the Umbrella corporation and take them down along and really make these zombies extinct!

"Project Manager Leaves Suicide PowerPoint Presentation"

Project Manager Leaves Suicide PowerPoint Presentation. A pretty sad story but if that's what you do for a living I suppose it's a way to do it. The best line in this article "I just wish he would've shot me an e-mail asking for help," Benitez added. Only in our generation!

Team Wins 2007 Dodgeball Tournament!

I've been trying to win a trophy in basketball and volleyball in leagues for about 7 years now. I always got close but never able to close it out. But what do I end up winning? The 2007 Dodgeball Tournament! Props to my team as they had some mad skill and I have a-lot of improving to do. As much as all of you are probably laughing out of your chairs, despite what you think, this is quite a tough sport to play. It's all in the arms with speed and accuracy. An ability to dodge is also very helpful as well. Go Assasins!
